Ich bin nicht hier weil ich Frieden bringen kann, weil ich in Gewaltlosigkeit Spezialist bin. Ich bin hier um zu lernen, wie ich in einer Situation in der ich mit Gewalt, Unterdrückung und Hoffnungslosigkeit konfrontiert bin, gewaltarm bleiben kann, ohne in Depression zu verfallen. Wie kann ich in dieser Situation Hoffnung bewahren ohne zu verurteilen.

    ich verfolge die lage im krisengebiet mit besonderen interesse, seit ich während meiner holocaust-education-ausbildung selbst 3 wochen in israel war.
    die politischen verstrickungen sind mir so verwirrend vorgekommen, dass ich mir kein urteil abzugeben traue. schlimm ist nur, wie überall, das leiden der zivilbevölkerung.

    es berührt mich sehr, dass du nun doch in Palästina gelandet bist und dich dieser Situation und dir selber stellst. Wir sind heute morgen mit Anita & Peter, Nina und Elisabeth zusammen gesessen. Ich hab von dir erzählt und Anita war so voller Freude, dass du diesen Weg gegangen bist: “Er ist dem Ruf seines Herzens gefolgt, und das ist es, was es zu tun gilt!”.

    Heute morgen sprachen Peter und ich über “menschliche Krisenherde” der Erde und ich bin fest davon überzeugt, dass es nur einen AusWeg gibt und das ist der Weg der Liebe. Der Weg der Liebe wertschätzt Alles Was Ist. So einfach UND soooo schwierig. Der einzig gehbare Weg für den Frieden.

    Ich war vor einigen Jahren mit Pax Christi in Israel/Palästina. Bewusst hatten wir mit Menschen von beiden Seiten Kontakt und Gespräche. Wir gingen auch einmal zu Fuß durch einen Checkpoint für Palästinenser, den wir als Ausländer gar nicht benützen hätten müssen. Diese Reise hat mich fürchterlich erschüttert. Das, was mich am meisten aufbaute, waren die Leute von EAPPI. Das und ein Gespräch mit “Parents circle” waren für mich der einzige Hoffnungsschimmer in dieser verfahrenen Situation. Dass du das machst und noch dazu jetzt in dieser Kriegssituation, das finde ich mehr als bewundernswert! Ich wünsche dir, dass du dir auch immer wieder genug Zeit für Rückzug und Stille nehmen kannst, um das alles zu verdauen.

      Es freut mich, dass du mit EAPPI so gute Erfahrung gemacht hast. Für mich persönlich ist es ganz wichtig, von diesen Menschen zu lernen, wie kann ich in dieser Situation positiv, einfach ein Mensch bleiben. Denn am liebsten würde ich ganz gewaltig losschreien, welche Ungerechtigkeit diesen Menschen geschieht. Aber das würde mich für meine Umgebung ungenießbar machen, mich selbst verbittern, mir selbst schaden. So kann ich lernen, wie ich damit umgehe.
